Annie grew up on Long Island, New York, where she began studying classical violin at an early age. She continued her musical journey at Carleton College, where she discovered a passion for world music, exploring traditions ranging from Chinese and Irish to Scandinavian folk music.

After moving to Telluride in 2021, Annie quickly embraced mountain life—learning to ski in the winter, attending the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in the summer, and becoming an active member of the region's vibrant bluegrass community. Surrounded by the beauty of the San Juan Mountains, she has found endless inspiration while blending the technical foundation of her classical training with the expressive traditions of bluegrass and folk music.

Today, Annie has performed at countless weddings at Telluride's iconic venues, appears regularly in concerts presented by the Telluride MusicFest, teaches private violin lessons, and serves the local arts community through her work as a librarian at the Telluride Library. Whether performing, teaching, or collaborating with fellow musicians, she is passionate about creating meaningful musical experiences and continuing to grow as both an artist and a member of the Telluride community.
